How to Submit Your Order
Step 1: Download & Print: Click the button below to download our PDF Order Form.
Step 2: Inventory Your Media: Fill out the form with your contact details and an estimate of the items you are submitting (tapes, slides, reels, etc.).
Step 3: Secure Your Memories: Place your media and the completed form in a secure bag or box.
Step 4: Delivery: Drop off your items at Whitney Gordon’s Jewelers in Hingham, or Contact Us to arrange for local pickup or shipping instructions.
Our "Satisfaction First" Payment Policy
No Upfront Payment: We do not ask for credit card information or payments through our website.
Pay When It’s Perfect: Payment is only required once your project is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the digital results.
Transparent Invoicing: Once your media is processed, we will provide a final invoice based on the actual count of successful transfers.
Flexible Options: We accept payment upon pickup or via a secure digital invoice once your job is ready for delivery.
Important Reminders
Labeling: If your tapes or film boxes have specific titles or dates, we will include those in the digital file names.
Originals: All of your original media will be returned to you in its original condition along with your new digital files.
